Bumping version from 0.5.18 to 0.6.0 to prepare for release.

Changes since last release (v0.5.18)

• Bump actions/checkout from 4 to 6 (CI dependency update)
• Switch from JuliaFormatter to Runic.jl for code formatting
• Fix typos and grammar in documentation
• Bump actions/cache from 4 to 5 (CI dependency update)

Why breaking release? (and why release right now at all?)

This is just an issue with the release checking bot.

But we should consider making the next breaking version v1.0.0 because having a pre-1.0 messes with some of the tools
