fix(e2e-tests): inference for template models

Summary of changes

• added triton server to server setup feature for test which requires tensorflow
• changed to use "google.golang.org/protobuf/encoding/protojson" when unmarshaling gRPC infer response to fix missing fields
• verify json response from inference is valid
• fix inference for commented out models
