Description

The blog post for 4.30 had a wrong URL to the Releases page on GitHub.

This PR updates it to the general Release URL pointing to selenium-4.30.0.

Motivation and Context

This fixes the link, so that one can read more details when trying to learn things about a release.

I was digging for facts about the 4.30 release's removal of an HTML 5 storage interface, so I wanted to see every detail I could find.

Types of changes

• Change to the site (I have double-checked the Netlify deployment, and my changes look good)
• Code example added (and I also added the example to all translated languages)
• Improved translation
• Added new translation (and I also added a notice to each document missing translation)
