Update SRF Gantt tests and add Mermaid version to CI config

This PR contains:

• Updated existing SRF Gantt tests to align with Mermaid.js v10.9.3 output changes.
• Added new test cases for additional coverage of status and priority mappings.
• Added Mermaid version declaration in ci.yml to ensure consistent testing environment. (latest v6.0.0)
• MW 1.43 in ci.yml updated to 1.43.1 because of this issue - RuntimeException: Trying to begin a new section transaction while sql/transaction/update is still active #948. When using MW 1.43.1, all works good.
