<issue_title>Mulptiple Tanks and Sites</issue_title>
<issue_description>In 092025, Need to accomidate sites that have multiple tanks, each with a different number. Also each device should accomidate multiple sites, each site having multiple tanks.

Perhaps each tank number should be assigned a site name that can be the same or different to other tanks' site names. The Tanks at the same site should be grouped together when logging and viewing on the server website.</issue_description>
