Weather-Aware FSM Flow Action

This Flow Action enhances Field Service Management by dynamically fetching real-time weather data for a given location.
It uses a system property to store city-wise latitude and longitude, enabling smarter technician preparedness and context-aware field visit planning.

I have used open source API to fetch weather where we can use other APIs which is providing Live weather information.
Pre requisite: Used REST step in Flow Designer which will be visible if IntegrationHub plugin is installed.
