PR Description:
This Business Rule automatically scans the Description field of an Incident (or Task) record before it is saved. If it detects sensitive information such as credit card numbers, Social Security Numbers (SSNs), or phone numbers, it replaces them with masked values (e.g., ---).
The rule helps ensure compliance and data privacy by preventing sensitive information from being stored in plain text. It also logs when masking occurs and provides user-facing messages to confirm that data has been sanitized
