Windows and Mac!

Added support for Windows and Mac!

Windows: Executable must be in the same folder as MultiMC.exe
Mac: MultiMC.app must be installed in Applications (MultiMC already requires this)
Linux/BSD: multimc Must be available as a command (in path)
