UI Improvements

This release adds a version number to the about window (#10) and adds a scroll bar to the rule setup page (#11)

• x64_en-US.msi Installs as a System Installation, recommended for use with the auto-updater
• x64-setup.exe Installs as a User Installation, do not use with the auto-updater
• x64-portable.exe Portable Installation, do not use with the auto-updater

• universal.app.tar.gz Recommended for use with the auto-updater
• universal.dmg

• amd64.AppImage Recommended for use with the auto-updater
• amd64.deb Recommended for use with Debian/Ubuntu based distros and third-party build scripts
