Build failed due to Rubocop config being out of date, so rebasing onto #23. |

👋 we'd be interested in merging this if the rubocop commit was removed, the gem version wasn't incremented (we'll do that before a release), and and the changes were rebased on current master. |

This PR adds support for the Okta system log API. It's rather simple as this endpoint only has a single endpoint. Resolves #7.
