Update Github Links in README.md

Update the github links to point to the new versions of the Github pages so the anchors work as expected.

The Status Context links probably need to be updated too, they https://docs.github.com/en/rest/reference/commits#commit-statuses. It redirects to https://docs.github.com/en/rest/commits but I'm not which part maps to the right section (maybe https://docs.github.com/en/rest/commits/statuses#about-commit-statuses?)
