Enlarge screenshot image for clarity

What this PR does

This PR adds 2x enlarged copies of existing screenshot images (app-proxy-screenshot.png and app-proxy-screenshot@2x.png) to provide clearer views.

Reviewer's guide to testing

Open the newly added .enlarged-200.png files and compare them to their original counterparts to verify they are larger and maintain clarity.

Things to focus on

1. Verify that images/app-proxy-screenshot.enlarged-200.png is a 2x enlarged version of images/app-proxy-screenshot.png.
2. Verify that images/app-proxy-screenshot@2x.enlarged-200.png is a 2x enlarged version of images/app-proxy-screenshot@2x.png.
