theme-graph actually requires this package in order for `bin/theme-graph` to run.

bin/theme-graphrelies on@shopify/theme-check-nodebut it was listed underdevDependencies. This would mean that if somebody tried to use the package and runtheme-graphthey'd get an error that@shopify/theme-check-nodecould not be found.This PR also includes a couple of bonus commits to clean up some markdown files.
