I think their might have been a mistake, I see a major change that was added for the TextArea

Looks good to me. The only point to be checked; This has been marked "minor" change.
Technically, this results in in a change in behavior of the TextArea. (ie. previously "action slot" could be added, and now it can't)
While we (App Platform Team) was discussing this, we were split on what a change level would be (i.e MINOR or MAJOR)
