Background

This PR adds documentation for the new Tabs component in the Point of Sale UI extensions.

Solution

Added documentation for the Tabs component, including:

• Component description explaining how Tabs organize content into separate views
• Property definitions for Tabs, TabList, Tab, and TabPanel components
• Accessibility guidelines for proper implementation
• Code examples demonstrating basic usage and event handling
• Screenshots showing the component in action

The documentation follows the standard format with clear explanations of how to use the component and its various subcomponents.
