🚀 Quick Start

1. Install Dependencies

pip install -r requirements.txt

🔧 Customization

Adding Your Own Data

Replace the sample data with your actual business data:

1. Revenue Data (data/revenue.csv):

   • Columns: date, revenue, region, channel, product_category

2. Customer Data (data/customers.csv):

   • Columns: customer_id, total_spent, purchase_count, customer_lifespan_days, is_new_customer, is_active, churned, region, signup_date

3. Marketing Data (data/marketing.csv):

   • Columns: date, spend, channel, campaign, impressions, clicks

4. Cost Data (data/costs.csv):

   • Columns: date, cost, cost_type, department

Modifying KPIs

Edit the calculate_kpis() function in app.py to add or modify metrics.
