What this PR changes ?

  • Increase conversation history retrieval limit from 50 to 100 messages
  • Update timestamp storage to use UnixMicro() for microsecond precision instead of Unix() for second precision
  • Apply timestamp precision improvements to user and assistant messages in runSupportAgent
  • This change provides better accuracy for conversation messages ordering
  • Update the system prompt for the support LLM for better responses
