UI Update and Code re-write

Major re-design of the UI to place both players on the screen at the same time. Also, adds drag and drop and reduced modal use for playing cards.

Major re-write of the components, vuex store, and classes to simplify and better organise the code.

Does not have AI yet, but this will be added back in future versions.
