Upgrades the following libraries:
This update also fixes an issue that prevented burning ASA quantities >2^53, which was happening for assets that were minted with max uint64 total quantity. Quantities are handled as bigint for chain interactions and converted back and forth as strings for the UI. A set of tests has been created for the string-->bigint conversion function.
