Higana

A cell-hierarchy based method for genetic association studies.

Installation

You can install the development version of Higana using devtools:

if (!requireNamespace("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")
BiocManager::install("GenomicRanges")

devtools::install_github("SimonLarsen/higana")
