Windows Support

Running pixi run build on Windows gives:

 WARN The activation script 'aligator-upstream\development/pixi/activation.sh' does not have the correct extension for the platform 'win-64'. The extension should be '.bat'.
test: command not found

Help: This platform (win-64) is not supported. Please run the following command to add this platform to the workspace:

        pixi workspace platform add win-64

Trying to add win-64 platform results in:

aligator-upstream [main ≡]> pixi workspace platform add win-64
Error:   × failed to solve requirements of environment 'py310' for platform 'win-64'
  ├─▶   × failed to solve the environment
  │
  ╰─▶ Cannot solve the request because of: No candidates were found for crocoddyl >=3.0.1.

Hello, right now aligator doesn't support Windows.
We plan to add the support after some code refactoring to avoid doing it twice.
