The free GitHub macos-latest runner for R 4.4.1 exceeds the runtime limit for our workflows. Possibly due to the limited resources. Try using CircleCI instead.

There was one Label Object filter that was excessively large causing the GHA hosted Mac arm to run out of memory during linking. This filter has been reduced in size in the current development branch in SimpleITK. Additionally you may be able to use our self-hosted Mac runner |
