Fix: Add orca:// URL scheme to release builds
The GitHub Actions workflow was creating Info.plist without
CFBundleURLTypes, causing released apps to fail when opened
via orca:// deep links from web authentication.
Added:
- CFBundleURLSchemes: orca
- CFBundleURLName: ai.orcaengine.auth
- CFBundleTypeRole: Viewer
This enables web-to-desktop authentication flow for all releases.
