minor fixes to popover padding + fixing the demo component a little bit so it looks better
Removed border (it shouldn't have it in the first place), made close icon smaller, fixed title and description gap. Also fixes to demo component for better and more accurate presentation.
made it smaller by default to match the width of the default dialog
close btn smaller, fixed title and header gap
hover color wasn't visible on gray bgs, default size was too big
in the xs sizes some icons did not look well because of the use of rem, when switching to pixels the issue was resolved.
