Standardize "run-time"/"run time" to "runtime" in documentation

Consolidates inconsistent terminology across documentation by replacing "run-time" and "run time" with "runtime", excluding references to actual execution duration and file path references.

Changes

• Release notes (2 files): "run-time error" → "runtime error"
• Protocol schema docs: "at run time" → "at runtime"
• Reserved IDs table: "DataMiner run-time" → "DataMiner runtime"
• Image labels: Updated 6 image labels from "run time" to "runtime" in Protocol_thread_run_time_errors_use_cases.md

Preserved

• Image file paths in Protocol_thread_run_time_errors_use_cases.md (6 occurrences - only labels updated, paths unchanged)
• Duration references in user-defined_API_benchmarks.md ("scripts with a longer run time" - refers to actual execution time)
