Pycfmodel currently isn't able to handle conditional tags, that is, a tag that only gets created under a condition and generates a NoValue if the condition isn't met.
PR currently in WIP.
So far, detected the issue is when the conditional Tag gets transformed into a FunctionDict with more than 1 value and pycfmodel fails to map it to a Generic property.
