The journal is just JournalGD, so follow the instructions there. If you don't want to include the journal, delete addons/skelerealms/scripts/schedules/quest_condition.gd, and remove the quest_engine field from addons/skelerealms/scrips/sk_global.gd. This is the only stuff that relies on it off the top of my head.
