MeetBook is a web-based meeting room reservation system that simplifies the process of booking, managing, and tracking meeting rooms in an organization. It eliminates scheduling conflicts, provides real-time availability, and offers role-based access for different user types (Admin, Support, User).
- Admin: Full control over rooms, bookings, and users.
- Support: Assist in booking management and resolve conflicts.
- User: Search for availability, make reservations, and manage bookings.
- Add, edit, and delete meeting rooms.
- Define room details such as capacity, building, and amenities.

cd MeetBook- Create a database (e.g.,
meetbook_db). - Import the provided SQL script from the
DB/folder.
Update DBConnection.java with your MySQL credentials:
