Add validation to check if GCP_CREDENTIALS is set before attempting to parse it. This prevents JSON.parse errors when the environment variable is empty or not set, allowing the workflow to exit gracefully with a success status. Co-authored-by: Snapp949 <173113150+Snapp949@users.noreply.github.com>
