Improve cls

This improves CLS (cumulative layout shift)

Key points here:

• display:flex; flex-wrap:wrap ensures the links wrap nicely without pushing content down unexpectedly.
• flex:0 0 auto; min-width:20px reserves space for each link to prevent shifts if fonts load late.
• gap:4px keeps spacing consistent.

Using performance in google chrome tools shows CLS going to 0
