fix: update participant attributes controller

Important

Enhances bulkUpdate in participants_attributes_controller.ts to validate participant IDs against event ID before updating attributes.

• Behavior:
  • In bulkUpdate method of ParticipantsAttributesController, added validation to ensure all participantIds belong to the specified eventId.
  • Returns a bad request response if any participant does not belong to the event.
• Code Changes:
  • Moved attribute query to occur before participant validation in bulkUpdate.
  • Removed redundant findOrFail for attribute after validation.
