I remember from SonarSource/sonar-scanner-gradle#335 that you need to run the process twice so the files stop changing. Kind of like bootstrapping a compiler. Which commands did you run to upgrade the wrapper? |

I ran ./gradlew wrapper --gradle-version 9.3.1 |

I ran it a second time and it changed files, so I commited them 65d361c |
