• Bug fixes during verification(Bugfix to include positive and negative values ​​in the conv outputs in quantizer tests #136)
  • Bugfix to include positive and negative values ​​in the convolution outputs in quantizer tests.
    Only tests for activation was modified because CICD errors occur regarding activation.
• Exclude Python 3.9 from support(Exclude Python 3.9 from support #137)
