ADCS/PKI - Merge ly4k/BloodHound with main branch

Just a simple PR with the code developed by @ly4k.
I've cleaned up the code to ignore white spaces and code design changes.
The PR contains:

• Support for new node type: CertificateTemplate, CA
• Support for new relationship: Enroll, AutoEnroll, ManageCa, ManageCertificates, EnabledBy
• Extend the query field to a textarea
• Support for the collector Certipy
• Add pre-build queries for ADCS
• Add support to custom icon via node attribute bl-icon

I'd agree that this would be nice, but I believe a new version of BloodHound has been recently released, this one is the old one, the new one is here, I'm not sure if those changes can make it to the new one without an adaptation : https://github.com/SpecterOps/BloodHound
