neuropixel library with all contacts generated

• this probe are the neuropixels containing all the contacts
• they have been generated given the number grab here https://github.com/jenniferColonell/SGLXMetaToCoords
• We are planing @jenniferColonell @alejoe91 and me to make a public table to centralize all public info on neuropixels probes, when ready we will need work again on the code to rely on this new and centralized table

At the moment lets merge this. The new and centralized table should not change the probe geometry.

@bendichter we also added a shank_tips annotation, with the tipo position for each shank. For single shanks, this is a 1-element list
