This PR bumps CoreJvm Compiler used in the build to the latest version, which made possible to remove
afterEvaluateblocks that set dependency ofkspKotlintasks onlaunchSpineCompilertasks.Also, the
Project.configureTaskDependencies()extension function used in the build was updated. References tolanuchProtoDatawere removed as the task no longer exists.
