First official version of the plugin

In this version, all the errors present in the beta versions have been addressed, including those specifically identified in beta 0.0.3. Furthermore, additional features and commands have been added to enhance functionality. This version is deemed stable and safe for deployment on Minecraft servers. It's worth noting that this plugin is intended to improve gameplay experience and is not intended to harm or disrupt your server.

/betterpvp help - new command added

new configurations in config.yml - more configuration options and new messages added

/betterpvp history - new command added

/btr locate <language_code> - new command added

pickup event - new function added for the /pvp command

Bossbar - this function was added for the command /pvp
