Standardize field name capitalization in Cornerstone LMS SSO configuration

Inconsistent capitalization of field names in the Cornerstone Library Single Tenant integration guide. The SSO configuration step used "username or user id" while other LMS guides (Docebo, Oracle) follow a consistent capitalization pattern.

Changes

• Updated SSO configuration step to use "Username or User ID" (line 34)
• Aligns with capitalization pattern used across other LMS integration guides:
  • Docebo: "User ID"
  • Oracle: "Email or username"

The Customer Responsibility section (line 48) already had correct capitalization from a previous commit.
