In some cases an image reference will lack a tag, like when the image is actually pinned via digest (ie.
image@sha256:somedigeststring). This pull request fixes many cases where that was improperly handled.Additionally, it was found that in some cases where the metadata for a container's digest doesn't exist, the resource dropdown for the /images route didn't work. In those cases, this just generates a random uint32 to take the place of the digest.
