Update Network Sentinel to v1.0.4

Faster, more responsive monitoring (0.5s default interval), smaller QAM controls, and refreshed UI. Overlay removed, history buttons compact, and radar UI refined.

There is a noticeable delay after pressing buttons like "Start Monitoring"; it typically takes about 1 second for the state to change, which feels as if the process is blocking and gives the impression of a laggy response.

The "Show History" and "Show Settings" functions navigate to sub-pages, yet the UI uses a Toggle Switch component (shouldn't these be regular buttons?), which is somewhat confusing for users.

When inside sub-pages like "Show History" or "Show Settings," pressing the 'B' button should navigate back to the previous page rather than exiting directly to the Decky plugin list.

There is no focusable element at the very top of the main plugin panel, which causes an issue where scrolling back up after scrolling down fails to fully reveal the "NETWORK STATUS" header.

Summary

The core functionality is working fine, but the UI and navigation logic require further refinement.
