This PR fixes handling of wildcards in versions, such as: "4.x-main-x" and adds running tests in cibuild.
It goes hand-in-hand with SteeltoeOSS/InitializrConfig#133.
The last commit re-applies line endings to all files using:
Because they were committed with CRLF (Windows-style), which is not the case at https://github.com/spring-io/start.spring.io.
