In order to support
solidus_apibacked frontend only applications (React/Angular/Ember etc) delegating the responsibility of the payment processing, and keeping a single "source of truth" for processing is desired.This PR adds a RESTful checkout endpoint that can be targetted by applications of this nature to POST on the get request from Adyen.
