Several infrastructure updates:

  • We now base autogenerated glue files on the Microsoft-provided C# templates
  • Automatically regenerate them every upstream release
  • Add support for Apple Silicon
  • Automatically generate native library NuPkg from Microsoft-created binaries

This release also uses MsQuic v2.1.5 featuring back port of the OpenSSL CVE fix.
