Fixes a bug in subcategory filtering
Previously, selecting a subcategory would reset the dropdown or fail to apply the filter correctly. This is now resolved, and the filter state persists as expected.
Expands service data for testing
The service-providers dataset has been updated to ensure that:
Every category and subcategory from service-categories.json is represented at least once
Some organisations offer multiple services
All postcodes are within range of LN4 2LE to enable consistent local testing
