So we can install things on newer docassembles without `dainstall` complaining. Same as SuffolkLITLab/docassemble-AssemblyLine#990

So we can install things on newer docassembles without
dainstallcomplaining.Same as SuffolkLITLab/docassemble-AssemblyLine#990, but slightly different setup of the project section (wrote one for this repo a while back before I had seen what generated ones would look like, and just used it too see how it goes).
