Please give an example of which URL has been geo-blocked. It is known that .oaiusercontent.com doesn't have any geo-blocking at all.

当 AI 节点位于日本区域时，自动选择为香港。用户在 Codex 或 ChatGPT 网页端上传图片时，域名 sdmntprjapaneast.oaiusercontent.com 会被解析到香港，导致附件上传失败。

When the AI node is located in the Japan region, it is automatically routed to Hong Kong. When users upload images from the Codex or ChatGPT web interface, the domain sdmntprjapaneast.oaiusercontent.com is resolved to Hong Kong, which causes attachment uploads to fail.

经测试，sdmntprjapaneast.oaiusercontent.com 在香港没有被 ChatGPT/OpenAI 屏蔽。

这我就不清楚了，我节点测试是无法访问的，切到日本节点就正常了，先把这个 PR 放着，等更多人测试后再看情况。

Based on testing, this domain name is working correctly while connecting to HK node.
