Update Python and Java AWS lambda guides

Purpose of this pull request

This pull request updates the Python and Java AWS lambda guides following their latest release.

Select the type of change

• Minor Changes - Typos, formatting, slight revisions
• Update Content - Revisions, updating sections
• New Content - New features, sections, pages, tutorials
• Site and Tools - .clabot, version updates, maintenance, dependencies, new packages for the site (Docusaurus, Gatsby, React, etc.)

Does line 138 of docs/apm/traces/get-started-transaction-tracing/opentelemetry-instrumentation/aws-lambda/java.md need to be updated?

* Java 1.8+

I do not believe so: it gives a lower bound on the Java version that would be compatible, and this has not changed as far as I know!
