Purpose of this pull request

This PR addresses a mismatch between automated and manual execution scores in the VirusTotal "Scan URL" → "URL Reputation" sequence by implementing polling functionality to ensure URL scans complete before proceeding. The main change is adding a polling mechanism that waits for scan completion rather than immediately returning after submitting the scan request.

Adds a poll_analysis function to wait for scan completion
Integrates polling into the scan workflow to ensure analysis is complete
Updates the integration version to reflect the changes
