You'll have to remove the first forward flash before docs. Otherwise there will be a double slash like help//docs. You can check it out here and in these examples.

Purpose of this pull request
This pull request changes tagging for hub page links so that the links work on our new help site. It also changes older link tagging in some articles (like the Log Operators Cheat Sheet).
