VRC RoboScout will not be available on the Play Store until it meets Google's new requirements of 20 testers on the closed release for 2 weeks. If you are interested in becoming a tester, please join the VRC RoboScout Discord server here and direct-message William (me, you can message me through my profile from a message in #announcements) with your name and email. An announcement with a Google form to sign up will also be sent out in the future.
